RCRA Compliance
The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations require waste accumulation managers and other employees to be trained. The standard specifically states that the generator “Ensure that all employees are thoroughly familiar with proper waste handling and emergency procedures, relevant to their responsibilities during normal facility operations and emergencies.” In addition, anyone that could cause non-compliance at the facility must be trained. Depending on the generator’s storage option, there may be requirements to establish a written training plan and annual refresher training. Most employees can attend 4-Hour training sessions to meet these requirements. AESI conducts customized RCRA Training for companies at their job sites or at our Training Center.
