This 1-Day course allows individuals to perform interim controls (not abatement) according to HUD regulations. This course exposes the students to the complexities of HUD and EPA regulations, but emphasizes how to safely perform rehabilitation and restoration work when lead-based paint is involved. Attendees are not eligible for State Licensing.
